Delete your account

Delete from the app (fastest)

1. Open Bhadala Atlas and go to Account.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password. Your account is deleted straight away.

This is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no waiting period and no way to recover the account afterwards, so spend or withdraw any remaining balance first — we will tell you if you still hold money that would be lost.

Or request deletion by email

Email support@bhadala.us from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify your identity and confirm the deletion.

What gets deleted — and what we must keep

• Deleted: your profile (name, photo, contact details), saved payment methods, preferences, and notification tokens.
• Retained: financial transaction records (wallet top-ups, pass purchases, refunds) that we are legally required to keep for audit and compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Any remaining wallet balance is handled per the withdrawal process before deletion completes.

What happens afterwards

Your account and the data above are removed the moment you confirm. A few of our systems clear on their own schedule — database backups roll over on their retention cycle, and analytics records are purged separately — so our team completes those by hand within 30 days. You will receive an email confirming the deletion with a reference number you can quote to support.

Stopping texts without deleting your account

If you only want us to stop texting you, you do not need to delete anything. Reply STOP to any message from us, or open Account → Communication preferences in the app and turn SMS off. Messages needed to keep your account secure — sign-in codes and fraud alerts — continue while your account is open.
