Welcome to Bhadala Atlas! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bhadala Atlas service ("Service"), a mobile application and payment platform offered by Bhadala US, Inc. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

2. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account ("Account") to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3. Use of the Service

The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You further agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Service.
• Access the Service in a way that disrupts or interferes with the Service or any other user's use of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Use the Service to violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

4. Deleting Your Data

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information. However, due to legal, regulatory, and financial compliance obligations, certain data related to your transaction history cannot be deleted. This includes transaction records, payment details, and other relevant financial data. You can still request the deletion of non-essential data such as profile information, contact details, and any preferences that are not required for legal or financial purposes. If you would like to proceed with a data deletion request, please contact our support team at support@bhadala.us.

5. SMS and Text Messaging Services

By using the Service and providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Bhadala Atlas. These messages may include but are not limited to account verification codes, one-time passwords (OTPs), transaction alerts, security notifications, and service-related communications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

If you request the Bhadala Atlas app download link on our website, you will receive a single text message containing that link. Your number is not retained for any other messaging purpose, and requesting the link does not enrol you in anything further.

You understand that message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan, and that message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message, contacting our support team at support@bhadala.us, or updating your preferences in your account settings. Reply "HELP" to any message for assistance. Please note that opting out may limit certain functionalities of the Service, particularly those requiring SMS-based authentication or security verification.
